Introduction

Miss Zhang Yan graduated from Peking University school of transnational law and studied both Chinese law and American law.  She has excellent english skills and can use English as working language. She has securities and fund qualification certificates in China.

Miss Zhang once worked in a large securities company and engaged in financial compliance management, so she has cross-border background between finance and law.  She has a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of financial crimes and enterprise risk prevention.  She is familiar with securities proprietary business, especially the financial derivatives trading, quantitative investment, hedging trading and asset-backed securitization investment business.  She has participated in the structural design of a large number of OTC derivatives transactions, and is familiar with the trading structure of structured products, OTC options and swaps.  She participated in several ABS investment programs including areas of credit, financial lease, property management and supply chain, and is in charge of compliance and risk control.  Miss Zhang is also a professional at compliance and risk control in private equity investment, and has deeply participated in a whole process of marketing, raising, establishment, investment and operation of a private equity.  She is also familiar with the appropriateness management of private equity and anti money laundering.

Miss Zhang Yan has profound legal theoretical foundation and professional knowledge in securities, private equity and other financial fields, and can quickly understand and split industry facts and convert them into corresponding legal facts.  She is proficient in securities law, laws and regulations, administrative rules and industry rules in the financial industry.  She has passed the qualification examinations for securities, futures and funds. Miss Zhang has excellent logical thinking and extremely serious working attitude, and treats every case with a professional, dedicated, patient and prudent attitude.
